To Serve and Empower the Central American and Dominican Communities and Organizations in the United States of America. The Organization shall promote Elite Leadership by creating Educational and Economic Development Systems that will ensure progress along with Cultural and Civic Awareness that will Improve Our Quality of Life in the U.S. and Abroad.
