About CAID Talent
Built for the Overlooked.
Built for the Hungry.
We started CAID Talent because we saw too many talented players fall through the cracks — not for lack of ability, but lack of exposure.
Our Story
Where It Started
CAID Talent was founded over a decade ago by a group of former players and coaches who had seen firsthand how the recruitment system failed talented athletes. Too often, the players who made it weren't the most talented — they were the most connected.
We set out to change that. Starting with grassroots ID events in the Southeast, we built a scouting network that prioritized ability over zip code, age group over prestige, and potential over pedigree.
Today, CAID Talent operates across 32 states, has placed over 200 players in college and professional programs, and remains committed to the same mission we started with: every player deserves a shot.
Mission & Vision
To identify, develop, and advocate for soccer players at every level — ensuring that talent, not circumstance, determines who gets seen.
A world where every player with the ability and drive to compete at the next level has a clear, supported path to get there.
Scouting Philosophy
We Scout the Whole Player
Technical Ability
Ball control, passing range, finishing, and positional fundamentals evaluated against level-appropriate benchmarks.
Athletic Profile
Speed, agility, endurance, and physical development potential — we look at where a player is going, not just where they are.
Game Intelligence
Decision-making under pressure, spatial awareness, and tactical understanding. The intangibles that separate good players from great ones.
Character & Drive
Coachability, work ethic, and competitive mentality. We advocate for players who want it — and show it.
Geographic Coverage
32 States. One Mission.
Our scouting network spans the continental United States, with regional coordinators in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast. We run ID events, attend club showcases, and conduct virtual evaluations year-round.
