FAQ
Common Questions
What age groups do you work with?+
We work with players from age 10 through adult (22+). Our services are tailored to each competitive level — Youth, High School, College, and Adult.
Is the evaluation in-person or can it be done remotely?+
Both options are available. In-person evaluations are conducted at CAID events or arranged locally. Video evaluations use your existing highlight footage reviewed by a certified CAID scout.
How long does the placement process take?+
Timelines vary by level and availability of programs. Most players receive their first program introduction within 2–4 weeks of their profile going live. Active placement continues until an opportunity is secured.
Do you work with female players?+
Absolutely. CAID Talent scouts and places players across all genders and competition levels. Our network includes women's programs at the club, collegiate, and semi-professional levels.
What if I'm a coach looking to fill roster spots?+
Submit a roster request through our Contact page. Include the positions, level, and timeline you're working with and a CAID scout will follow up within 48 hours.
Are there any guarantees?+
We guarantee a full evaluation, a written report, and active advocacy on your behalf. While we cannot guarantee placement outcomes — that depends on program availability and player fit — we do not stop working until every reasonable option has been explored.
